Hughes Lettings is a family run student accommodation business, based in Loughborough. We’ve owned student accommodation in Loughborough for about five years and make sure ours are the best houses in the best locations.

We know what students need for accommodation, so provide extras like widescreen TVs, lots of freezer space and even a beer fridge in one house!

All our student houses have 4 bedrooms and we put double beds in where possible. They all have double glazing to keep you warm, combi boilers for instant hot water and gas safety certificates.
